Ayurveda offers us an array of simple and accessible tools to bring balance to our lives. In order to bring harmony and health to our bodies, we must first realize that each individual is comprised of the trinity of body, mind and spirit.

During your Ayurvedic consultation, all aspects of your health are considered. The consultation will help you understand more about how and why there are imbalances and guide you to the perfect health you were intended to have.

Recommendations for improving health and happiness through Ayurveda may include dietary changes, herbal supplements, Ayurvedic therapiesyogameditation and lifestyle changes. Ayurveda is a holistic and gentle approach to health and vitality that is sustainable. Beginning your journey toward health through Ayurveda with a consultation is the first step in nurturing the health of body, mind and soul.

Panchakarma ~ "panch" means five and "karma" means action. This is a process of cleansing and rejuvenation that lasts 3, 5 or 7 days. Panchakarma must begin with an initial Ayurvedic consultation by an Ayurvedic Practitioner. The Ayurvedic Practitioner carefully determines where the imbalances, known as vikriti, lie in the body. Once this initial consultation happens, you will receive a custom-tailored regimen that will consist of daily Ayurvedic treatments.

Also a special detox diet, herbs, daily yoga & meditation will be recommended that carefully loosen and release toxins (ama) that have accumulated over time due to stress, improper diet, environmental toxins, etc. In India these treatments were reserved for the royalty. Panchakarma is a treat that you give to yourself once a year, to remain free of toxins, and imbalances, so that you can have a happy and healthy life. Panchakarma adds life to your years, not just years to your life!

Initial Consultation 120 min / $108  /  Follow Up Consultation 45 min / $75
